Annual Retreat 2023

This event will go on for 2.5 days and will feature workshops to improve academic practice and chances for our Fellows to present their current research in either, 

• 30-minute-talks (limited slots),
• poster sessions and/or
• 3-minute elevator pitches. 

We invite all PIs to join the poster session and social dinner on Tuesday afternoon (~14:00-20:00). Please indicate to us if you would like to join lunch / dinner on Tuesday. 

The facts:

• When: Monday, 31th of July - Wednesday, 2nd of August 2023,
• Where: Jugendherberge Starkenburg Heppenheim (https://www.jugendherberge.de/jugendherbergen/starkenburg-heppenheim/portraet/)
• Who: Current and aspiring HGS members.

For better preparations, we need a registration.
